Rise Criminal Defense is excited to announce our new Rise Recovery Check-In Program — a client accountability service for clients working through recovery from substance use. Clients who enroll receive a short, automated text check-in each day: a simple way to stay connected to our team and stay on track.

Rise Criminal Defense is not a medical provider, hospital, or licensed substance-use treatment provider, and this program does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or mental health condition. What it does offer is accountability-style check-ins and encouragement — a tool we built because we've seen how much of a difference a little extra support can make for clients navigating recovery alongside their case, and we wanted our firm to be part of that.

Enrollment and text message consent are entirely separate from, and never a condition of, engaging our firm for legal representation.
